These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website (the "Site"). PolicyBasic ("PolicyBasic," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by PingAlpha, an Arizona LLC, located at 2820 S. Alma School Rd Ste 18 #553, Chandler, AZ 85286. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Not an Insurer, Agency, or Broker

PolicyBasic is not an insurance company, agency, or broker. We do not issue, sell, quote, underwrite, or bind insurance, and we do not guarantee coverage, rates, discounts, savings, or terms. The Site connects visitors with an independent, participating partner. Any insurance product, quote, or term you receive is provided solely by, and is the responsibility of, that partner. See our Advertising Disclosure for how we're compensated and how that may affect what's shown to you.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you submit is accurate and your own.

How the Site Works

When you submit our form on the Site, we collect the information you enter and share it with the one participating insurance or marketing partner from our network that our own internal matching logic selects, who may contact you about auto insurance. Once a partner (or its designated processor) receives your information, their own privacy policy and terms govern how it's used. If you arrived via an affiliate or advertising link, we record attribution data (such as a campaign and click identifier) tying your visit to that partner, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or someone else's personal information;
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or interact with the Site or its forms;
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site, our form, our attribution systems, or any partner's systems;
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

Third-Party Partners

We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content, accuracy, or availability of any partner's offer, website, or communications, or their handling of information we share with them. Your dealings with a partner, including any quote, policy, fee, or dispute, are solely between you and that partner.

Consent to Be Contacted

By checking the consent box and submitting our form, you agree that PolicyBasic and the one insurance or marketing partner from our network that we match you with may contact you at the phone number and email address you provide, including by phone call, text message, and email, and including by automated dialing or messaging systems. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any insurance or other product or service. Message and data rates may apply. You may revoke your consent at any time by contacting us at the address below or by telling the partner that contacted you.

Each partner is solely responsible for its own contact practices, including complying with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and similar state laws in how it contacts you. PolicyBasic disclaims all liability arising from a partner's (or its representatives' or vendors') contact practices or their compliance, or lack of compliance, with the TCPA or any similar law. If you believe you were contacted unlawfully, your claim is against that partner, not PolicyBasic, and we encourage you to direct it to them and, where applicable, to your state's insurance regulator or attorney general.

Intellectual Property

The Site, including its design, text, and branding (excluding third-party partner content), is owned by PolicyBasic or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without our prior written permission.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any partner will contact you or offer you coverage.

The partner featured on the Site does not represent every insurance option available to you in the market. We encourage you to research and compare multiple options before choosing a policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PolicyBasic will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or any partner's offer, form, or product.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PolicyBasic harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page, and we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which PingAlpha is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
